Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners allege violation of order dated 7.4.2017 passed by this court whereby a direction was given to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to look into the representation dated 24.3.2017 passed by a coordinate bench (Inderjit Singh, J) and to take necessary steps to protect their life and liberty.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr.V.Ramswaroop, Addl.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab. He submits that order dated 7.4.2017 shall be complied with forthwith without any delay. In view of statement made by him, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
