Petitioner alleges that Senior Superintendent of Police, Nuh needs to supervise the investigation in view of order passed by this court on 22.02.2018. There is nothing on record to show that the order is not being complied with. This court, thus, does not intend the interfere at this stage. Dismissed.

However, a report be sought from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Nuh with regard to stage of investigation. Same be submitted in the registry within one month.
