NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above captioned contempt petitions as the point in issue involved in both the cases is common in nature.

Both the contempt petitions are filed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.10.2016 vide which a direction was issued to consider the case of the petitioners for regularisation on the post of Driver within a period of two months.

COCP-1455-2017 -2Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the matter was considered and the order has been complied with by way of passing a speaking order dated 25.01.2018, placed on record as Annexure R-1. In view of the above, nothing survives in the contempt petitions.
