The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 138 dated 11.08.2023 under Section 22 (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City District Sri Muktsar, Sahib. 2.

Custody certificate as well as status report by way of an affidavit of Mr. Satnam Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, SubDivision Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib along with FSL report, have been filed by the learned State counsel in Court today, which are taken on record. Copies thereof have been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 4.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
