(Oral) The order passed by this Court on 27.08.2016 in CWP No.17415 of 2016 was to be complied with within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the necessary relief has been granted to the petitioner but the delay has occurred as it could not be considered within a period of three months. Learned counsel for the respondent has tried to make all efforts to explain the delay in complying with the order within the stipulated period. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order passed in pursuance of order dated 27.08.2016 has also been challenged by way of filing the writ petition but admittedly delay has occurred.
