(Oral) This petition is totally frivolous as no proceedings can be initiated under Section 2(c) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, as the remedy itself has been provided under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the "CPC"), for violation of the temporary injunction granted by the Civil Court under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of the CPC.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition in order to take up his remedy, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
