(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 10.

Vide order dated 8.1.2020, petitioner No. 1-Harpreet Kaur was sent to Aashiana, Sector-15, Chandigarh. She has been brought in Court today. Her parents are also present in the Court. Harpreet Kaur-petitioner No. 1 states that she wants to reside with her parents. Learned counsel for respondent No. 4-Pink Raj states that they have no objection if the girl resides with them and they will look after her.
