Ms. Amandeep Soni, Advocate, for the petitioners. Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners allege violation of order dated 27.10.2014. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "It being so the case is remanded back to the court of learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gurdaspur with a direction to get the demarcation done and decide the case on merits. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate Gurdaspur on 2.12.2014."

Notice of motion.

Mr.V.Ramswaroop, Addl.A.G., Punjab accepts notice. A copy of the petition had been handed over to him on the last date of hearing. Today he, on instructions from SDM, Gurdaspur, who is present in court, submits that needful shall be done at the earliest in any case no later than three weeks.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
