Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 09.09.2017, Annexure P-2 passed by the writ court. Admittedly, some of the encroachments have been removed by the authority. Stand of the petitioner is that there are certain encroachments as depicted in the photographs, Annexure P-1. The concerned authority has ignored the same from consideration.

As this issue is purely factual in nature, this court is not inclined to interfere. Disposed of. However, in case no order has been passed pursuant to order passed by writ court on 07.09.2017, the authority shall do the needful at the earliest.
