Reply on behalf of respondent no. 3 has been filed court. Learned State counsel has referred to same and submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. After deduction of TDS, compensation alongwith interest @ 10% has been paid to the petitioner. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
