-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.350 dated 21.9.2022 registered under Sections 174-A at Police Station Civil Line, District Bhiwani.

On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was granted interim bail with direction to join investigation with the police with further direction to appear before the learned trial Court in criminal complaint titled Anand Parkash vs. Sunder @ Sunder Lal Anr. under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act.

( 2 ) CRM-M-325-2023 Today the counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and has joined the proceedings before the learned trial Court and has been granted regular bail by the learned trial Court in the aforesaid complaint. The copy of aforesaid order passed by the trial Court is taken on record. State counsel on instructions from L/HC Priya has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of foregoing reasons, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 9.1.2023 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioner should also regularly appear in the proceedings relating to criminal complaint titled as Anand Parkash vs. Sunder @ Sunder Lal Anr. under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act.
