(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 18.10.2016, vide which an enquiry was to be conducted within a period of two months.

Reply on behalf of respondent No.1 has been filed. As per reply, the order has been complied with and a speaking order dated 16.8.2017 has since been passed. The same is annexed with the reply as Annexure R-1.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed.

However, in case the petitioner is not satisfied with said order passed, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so desire.
