(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Ms. Rani, L.A. and Ram Kishan, Asstt. o/o DSE, Haryana, submits that the connected contempt petition involving identical issue bearing COCP No.1326 of 2017 titled as Parveen Sharma and others vs. Rajeev Rattan, Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, has been decided by this Court on 30.11.2018. It is further submitted that in the present contempt petition necessary benefits have been released to the petitioners, which is subject to the outcome of the SLP.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition dismissed accordingly.
