Learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks to file reply by way of affidavit of Deepak Ghanghas, Estate Officer, HUDA, Panipat. Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. Stand taken in the affidavit is that order dated 24.12.2015 passed by writ court has been complied with.

In view of above, earned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the order, if necessary.
