CWP 10768/2012 and CM 10096/2012 filed by petitioners for their regularization as also grant of regular pay scales in terms of 2011 policy was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 30.5.2012 and 3.8.2012 respectively by directing respondent concerned to decide the representations by passing a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Now alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.
