The petitioner alongwith four other JBT teachers had filed CWP 14465/2015 with respect to payment of arrears of pay for the period w.e.f. 20.12.2004 to 26.7.2005. The writ petition was got disposed of as not pressed vide order dated 3.9.2015 on the assurance from the Director, Elementary Education Haryana,Panchkula that the arrears of the petitioners would be cleared at the earliest.

Since the arrears were not paid the petitioner was constrained to file instant contempt petition.

Upon notice, an affidavit of Rajnarayan Kaushik,IAS, Director Elementary Education Haryana,Panchkula has been filed wherein it is stated that arrears for a sum of Rs.53,897/- in compliance of the directions has been credited in the account of the petitioner on 30.1.2018. Learned State counsel further assures that the arrears of remaining four other similarly situated JBT teachers would also be cleared Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.02.14 18:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, dismissed as infructuous.
