Mr.Shailendra Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 23.2.2017. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Keeping in view the fact that FIR in the present case was registered on 29.9.2015, but the investigation of the same has not been completed so far, therefore, the respondents are directed to complete the investigation expeditiously and present the final report, whatever, before the Court."

Mr.Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana accepts notice. A copy of the petition has been handed over to him. He submits that aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest to purge the contempt. In view of statement made by him, above, no further direction is necessary.
Disposed of.
Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives.
