**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0120 dated 04.11.2020 registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur.

Notice of motion was issued on 08.01.2021 on the premise that son of the petitioner is involved in the aforesaid FIR and the petitioner has nothing to do with the transaction in question. Son of the petitioner namely Jaspal Singh after his arrest has been released on regular bail. The dispute has been arisen out of proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act. Petitioner was directed to join the investigation vide the aforesaid order.

CRM-M-735-2021 Thereafter petitioner was again directed to join investigation vide order dated 29.06.2021.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid orders, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 15.01.2021 and is no more required for further investigation of the case and even challan has been submitted to the Court.

In view of aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, the interim orders dated 08.01.2021 and 29.06.2021 are made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on appearing regularly before the trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of.
