**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.226 dated 05.12.2019 registered under Sections 186/353/34 IPC and Section 190(2) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Amendment 2015) at Police Station Dugri, Ludhiana.

Notice of motion was issued on 09.01.2020. Interim bail was also granted to the petitioner and he was directed to deposit a fine of Rs.20,000/- with the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for illegal use of crackers sound in the silencer of his

motorcycle.

Vide order dated 16.03.2020, it was made clear that if the amount of fine is not deposited on the adjourned date, the interim protection shall stand vacated.

Vide order dated 07.04.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to deposit the amount in question forthwith without any fail.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of Rs.20,000/- stands deposited by the petitioner on 09.04.2021.

The aforesaid fact has been admitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh. He further submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.01.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and his presence is no more required for further investigation of the case.

The offences are under Sections 186, 353, 34 IPC and Section 190(2) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Amendment 2015).

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 09.01.2020 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under

Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
