Pursuant to order dated 17.11.2016, Mr. Shatrujeet Kapoor, CMD of respondent-Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam is present in court. He submits that he has recently taken charge of as the CMD of Nigam. The order was received in the office of the Nigam on March, 2016. After seeking initial approval from the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, order passed by writ court has been complied with. He further assures the court that it shall be ensured that orders passed by this court are implementing promptly. The legal branch of the Nigam shall be instructed accordingly.
