Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Rajesh K. Sheoran, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 27.07.2012, vide which respondent No.4General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Faridabad was directed to decide the representation of the petitioners and in case they are found entitled to the claim made in the representation, the same be granted/disbursed to them within two months.

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Faridbad, holding the petitioners to be entitled to technical pay scale. As per the said order, the arrears of 38 months will be paid preceding the date of filing of the writ petition dated 26.07.2012 i.e. w.e.f. 25.05.2009. On instructions from Mr. Roop Basant, Pero Kaar, GMHR, Faridabad, it is further stated at the bar that the said amount shall be deposited in the account of the petitioners within three weeks. In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed.
