**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the order dated 12.01.2017 passed by the writ court has been complied with. Interest on the delayed payment of gratuity has been granted to the petitioner @ 9% per annum. According to him, no cause of action survives in this petition. In view of the above, petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
