This Court while dismissing CWP 3712/2017 and 3724/2017 vide order dated 3.10.2017 had directed the respondents authorities of the CBSE to issue Detailed Mark Sheets to the petitioners, who had appeared in 10th Class examination conducted by the CBSE. Alleging disobedience of the said order by the respondent Board in not issuing Detailed Mark Sheets to petitioners, instant contempt was filed.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioners states fresh Detailed Mark Sheets have been issued to the petitioners rendering the instant contempt as infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
