After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that the Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.
Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that out of 18 witnesses, 11 have already been examined and the remaining 7 are only official witnesses and the needful would be done within a period of two months from today.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a request to the Trial Court to conclude the trial in accordance with law within a period of 4 months from today.
