This is a petition seeking directions to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. The pleadings are that petitioners have married against the wishes of their parents and they do not belong to same religion.

Notice of motion was issued on 8th January, 2021. None has put in appearance on behalf of private respondents in spite of having been served.
