Reply filed in the shape of affidavit on behalf of respondent No.3 is ordered to be taken on record. In the said reply, the entire allegations levelled by the petitioners in the present petition have been refuted by the State. The State counsel further submitted that after the filing of the aforesaid reply, FIR has been registered against the petitioner. At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that present petition be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. The petition is hereby disposed of accordingly.
