MAHESH GROVER, J.

Prima facie a reading of the concluding para of the observations made by the Writ Court notices certain facts which need to be reconciled with the conclusion. This, in my view can be done only by the Writ Court. GHANSHYAM DASS 2015.08.14 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document high court chandigarh

C.O.C.P. No.1586 of 2015 -2Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate application seeking clarification of the order passed by the Writ Court, if so advised. But in so far as the present Contempt Petition is concerned, the Court does not find any reason to proceed against the respondents. It may be noticed that the L.P.A. Bench has already granted status quo with a directive that a merit be prepared in accordance with the directions of the Writ Court.

In view of the above when the order of the L.P.A. Bench is in operation, no further orders would be required. (MAHESH GROVER) August 11, 2015 JUDGE GD GHANSHYAM DASS 2015.08.14 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document high court chandigarh
