Mr. Sumit Dua, Advocate, for the petitioner. Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 29.7.2016. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "I do not find any ground to issue any directions, however, it is ordered that in case there is an apprehension of breach of peace, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran shall take adequate steps to enable the petitioner and respondent No.5 to resolve the family dispute. It will be appreciated in case the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in Annexure P-1, is looked into within a period of three months after the date of receipt of copy of this order."
Notice of motion.
Mr.V.Ramswaroop, Addl.A.G., Punjab accepts notice. A copy of the petition has been handed over to him. He submits that aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest in any case not later than three weeks.
In view of statement made by him, no further direction is necessary.
