Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is averred to have been working as Medical Lab Technician since 29.3.2006 on contract basis through an outsourcing agency. He filed CWP 479/2017 directed against the action of the respondents in not permitting him to mark his presence and perform his duties. The said writ petition is stated to be listed for hearing on 22.3.2017. In the present contempt the allegation is regarding violation of the interim order dated 13.1.2017 passed in said CWP 479/2017 whereby it was directed that in case the petitioner is not allowed to join his duties, cogent reasons were required to be furnished to him. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that present contempt petition has become infructuous as vide order dated 25.1.2017 passed by the Principal, Government Medical College, Patiala necessary compliance of the interim directions have been made.
