CM No. 9926-CII of 2018 This is an application for preponment of date of hearing of the main case. Same is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as case is fixed for hearing today.

CM No. 9927-CII of 2018 in/& COCP No. 1594 of 2016 Present application has been filed seeking to withdraw the contempt petition. Same is supported by affidavit of the petitioner. Para 2 thereof reads as under:- "2.

That in the above mentioned case i.e. COCP No. 1594 of 2016, a compromise has been effected between the parties and in view of the compromise the petitioner does not want to pursue the present contempt petition. Therefore, petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the above said case, in the interest of justice."
