RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer him at Primary Health Centre Bhambhewa Community Health Centre, District Jhajjar against vacant post or transfer at any other near most posting place from the residence of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Directorate of Health Services (Malaria) Health Department Haryana issued a transfer list of 12 Multi Purpose Health Supervisor (Male) as per endst. Dated 20.12.2019 and these transfers had been made on their request and against vacant post. But the request of the petitioner for transfer has not been considered till date and the posting place on which the petitioner has claimed for his transfer is still vacant.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 01.07.2019 (P-1) by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
