In the present case the suit was filed for mandatory injunction directing the petitioner and respondent No.2 herein to issue a fire safety certificate to respondent No.1 herein.

Vide the impugned order dated 04.09.2023, the petitioner was directed to issue a fire safety certificate to respondent No.1 herein. Aggrieved by the same, an appeal was preferred, which was partly accepted vide order dated 06.10.2023. Hence, the present revision petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would contend that on 28.08.2024 the petitioner has issued a fire safety certificate to respondent No.1 hence the present revision petition itself has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to revive in case anything survives in the matter.
