NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 26.09.2016.

Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the amount due to the petitioner has since been paid. Details of the said amount has been mentioned in the said reply.

In view of the same, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been paid compensation only for 01 kanal and 06 marlas and he has not been paid compensation for approximate 03 marlas. If it is so, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
