(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 08.12.2017, vide which direction was issued to the respondents to take a decision on the legal notice filed by the petitioner.

Reply has been filed. As per the same, the order has already been complied by way of passing a speaking order dated 23.07.2018. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. However, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 23.7.2018, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. Rule issued to the respondent stands discharged.
