Learned State counsel has produced custody certificate dated 18.03.2025 of the petitioner and the same is taken on record. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place.
Learned counsel for petitioner contends that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties i.e. accused/petitioner as well as de facto complainant and after investigation, final report in the matter has already been presented before the Court of competent jurisdiction and thus, further incarceration of petitioner would not serve any purpose.
