(ORAL) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 22.12.2011 passed in CWP-24127-2011, vide which a direction was issued to Deputy Commissioner, Jind and BDPO, Uchana, District Jind to look into the matter and take appropriate action against unauthorized occupants of the panchayat land.

Affidavits of the Deputy Commissioner, Jind and BDPO, Uchana, District Jind are on record. A joint stand is taken by the respondents that necessary compliance has been made. It is stated that on 12.06.2016, demarcation of khasra No.296 was carried out by the revenue officials in VISHNU 2023.04.29 13:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh

COCP-1735-2012 -2presence of all the concerned parties and no illegal possession was found on khasra No.296, thus, grievance is redressed.

Learned State counsel, assisted by Surender Singh, BDPO, Uchana, District Jind, has placed on record a copy of the order dated 31.05.2022 passed by the Assistant Collector 1st Grade-cum-Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Uchana as well as the appellate order dated 17.04.2023 passed by the Collector and Deputy Commissioner, Jind, in eviction proceedings, vide which petitioner Jhabar himself was found in illegal possession of khasra No.296 and eviction order was passed, after conducting due demarcation of the property.

The aforesaid orders passed by Assistant Collector 1st Grade-cumSub Divisional Officer (Civil), Uchana as well as the Collector and Deputy Commissioner, Jind, in vernacular, are taken on record as Mark 'A' and 'B'. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed.
