Stand of the respondents is that order passed by the writ court has been complied with. According to the counsel for the respondents, amount alongwith 12% interest, as directed, has been paid to the petitioners. A calculation-sheet has also been annexed.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is disposed of.
