Grievance of the petitioners is that no speaking order has been passed pursuant to order dated 29.09.2017 passed by writ court. This court feels that another opportunity needs to be granted to the concerned officer to decide the representation and to purge the contempt. He may take a decision on the representation within one month from today. In case needful is not done, petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition. In that eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of punitive costs. Same shall be deductible from the salary of the officer(s) responsible for noncompliance/delay. Disposed of.
