The trial Court, keeping in view the facts of the case, has permitted the plaintiff to amend the plaint. Apart from referring to the clerical/typographical errors, the plaintiffs have pleaded that they have perfected their title by way of adverse possession. The trial Court, after taking into consideration the judgment passed by a Larger Bench of the Supreme Court in Ravinder Kaur Grewal and Others v. Manjit Kaur and Others 2019 AIR (Supreme Court) 3827, has allowed the application. 2.

No doubt, the application for permission to amend the plaint was filed after the commencement of the trial, however, there was uncertainty with regard to the maintainability of the suit for declaration on the ground that the plaintiffs have perfected their title by way of adverse possession. This matter has now been decided by a Larger Bench of the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.04.04 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Supreme Court in Ravinder Kaur Grewal's case (supra).

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court is made out. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case, expeditiously. 4.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
