Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to complete the investigation in a fair ad proper manner in case FIR No. 138 dated 16.08.2018, registered under Section 67 of the Information ad Technology Act, 2000 and Section 509 IPC at Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that FIR was registered on 16.08.2018, but no action has been taken against Jaswinder Singh, as he is working as Head Constable in the Punjab Police and is on duty as a Gunman with senior police officer. For that purpose, petitioner has also made a representation dated 11.12.2018 (Annexure P2) to the Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, but no still no action has been taken thereon.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozeupr to look the representation dated 11.12.2018 (Annexure P2) and take the required decision thereon, as per law.
