Learned counsel for the State states that the order of the Writ Court has been complied and the payment has been made to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that there is a shortfall in the payment. The order of the Writ Court having been complied with, the instant petition is disposed of having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance regarding shortfall in payment, if any, with the respondents.
