On the asking of court, Mr. Aditya Sharda, AAG Punjab, who is present in court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 11.12.2017 passed by this court. Same reads as under:- "The petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) Amritsar, respondent no. 3 to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in representation Annexure P-6 and if he finds that the facts and circumstances of the case warrant taking of any action in the matter, then the needful be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in his office." Learned State counsel submits that in case no decision has been taken in view of aforesaid order, it shall be done at the earliest. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
