(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.670 dated 07.10.2018 registered under Sections 336, 420, 34 IPC, Sections 18A, 18-C of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Sections 15(2) and 15(3) IPC Act at Police Station Mujessar, District Faridabad. On instructions from ASI Sarbar Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
