The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.249 dated 1.5.2022 under Sections 376, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/ASI Anita, submits that after completion of investigation challan stands presented in the Court, and grievous offences are made out against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state as to how no prima facie case is made out so as to enable this Court to entertain this petition for quashing of the FIR.

Dismissed.
