Mr. Vaibhav Mittal, Advocate for the petitioner. *** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to provide requisite assistance to the petitioner in taking physical possession of the assets/properties of the respondents No.3 to 6 in terms of order dated 16.08.2024 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, has been passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Amritsar, but the petitioner has not been able to secure the physical possession of the secured assets. 3.

Issue notice to respondents No.1 and 2 only at this stage. 4.

At the asking of the Court,

In view of the limited prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to provide adequate police help to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to take possession of the secured assets in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
