This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 15.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP No.8368 of 2014. 2.

Compliance affidavit of Abhinav Agnihotri, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax (Hq) (Admn.), Chandigarh, filed in the Registry, is taken on record.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 15.02.2016 has been complied with and speaking order dated 06.09.2023 (Annexure R-3) has been passed.

Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.
