After arguing for some time, while facing stiff resistance from the State, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one as per contents of para 6 of the present petition wherein she is seeking bail on the ground of taking care of minor children, one of them is a girl of vulnerable age while disclosing all the facts i.e. where minor children are residing presently, who is taking care of them and their age etc. 3.
