Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 13.11.2018 (P-11) vide which respondent No.1 held that there is no documentary evidence available on record which suggests the Commission to hold respondent No.2 as public authority in view of provisions of Section 2 (h) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
