(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.188 dated 12.06.2019 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh or to transfer the investigation either to some independent agency. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Surinder Paul, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
