(ORAL) Notice of motion was issued taking into account that the respondents have not complied with one aspect of the settlement as was contained in the latter part of Clause 3.20 of the said memorandum of settlement vide which they were required to hand over the staff quarters known as "R.K.Quarters", consisting of four sets of staff accommodation constructed in Kharsa No.2059, adjacent to "Al-Halal". Admittedly, the needful has been done. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the contempt petition but states that he may be allowed to withdraw the same with liberty to avail the remedy as available to him with respect to his contention that if there is MEENU 2019.01.28 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh some change of boundary and demarcation is required.
